When you work at STM, you got the opportunity to access a very interesting domain of technology. Every day you are learning something new ... the work environment is cute and friendly.

Cons

Some projects arrived in a critical path and you find yourself working under stress (project value : some Million of dollars). Hurry up, do your job quickly but do it correctly ...

ST offered good career evolution. I'm happy not to be part of it anymore as company culture has deteriorated strongly.

International company: career evolution, compensation and benefits, good working conditions on some sites. Used to be a friendly company and atmosphere.

Cons

Not anymore a market leading company, reacting to the market conditions with lay-offs. Failed to innovate. No HR strategy, no trainings, not taking care of human resources anymore.
