Relaxed pace compared to other companies good learning opportunities for junior/mid level engineers. beyond that, you get stuck with not much growth opps

Cons

India operations too dependent on french/italian decision making. ST-India too much Noida centric, although other sites exist. Their ultimate goal is to move everything to Noida
