Lots of free time (for those who wants to get salary for doing nothing). Supportive HR.

Cons

Avg. salary hike (very nominal since last 2 years) If you have 4+ year of experience but you don't know dirty politics, you are in a big mess. No growth as managers do not leave ST. No learning.

The technical level in ST gives you the possibility to grow from professional point of view, if you you want to.

Cons

No matter how good the device are the management will screw the business sooner or later. It's a company where the high level management never pays for the mistakes.
