Good place to start your career Dynamic and Varied product line so will be well exposed Travel opportunities given if lucky Good job security if you are middle management and have no future aspirations to progress

Cons

If you are young and hungry this is not the place for you to stay to long Alot of foreign talent especially from europe taking senior management jobs , whom may not be the best for that position No respect given to Engineers , we are treated as tools and blue collared laborers

good pay, good benefits, a lot of paid time off, compressed work weeks, not a lot of overtime expected, education benefits are good.

Cons

dealing with the manager is a very political, shift to shift competition and shift to shift blame is very high, good-ol-boy system is in play.
