- Excellent work life balance....working in NCR has its own benefits.. - Wide company profile allows exposure to various domains in industry. - Has a history of being stable in bad times.

- Salary may not be up to industry standards after certain time

Pros

Good package, some products are really interesting, interesting product trainings. As it is a big company you can be well considered by your customer.

Cons

Most of the positions are in sales organization, where you have sales cons as everywhere. Depending of product and market you could have great pressure. Incentive are generally not at the right level.

Cons

Constant, unrelenting pressure. Company closed this profitable location based on internal politics. Lack of real cooperation from corporate offices.
