Excellent vacation benefits, working with latest cutting edge technology, pension benefits after 5 years, 401k matching, annual bonuses.

Cons

HR is rarely accessible in person, upper management has limited managerial skills, company seems to be going downhill here in the U.S. maybe better to work at ST in Europe.

Nice environment, you will meet people with differnt cultures. Salary is alligned to the rest in the same area. Big company with all the rules set up.

Cons

Very low possibility of carrer grow. HR's commitment is to reduce cost, they are not focused on people satisfaction. Some time job is too static.
