      Huge company, procedures are complicated, a lot of grey area between each department.

      Pros

      You can not get fired, despite the performance you have. Is a big company with a stable asset and world wide presence. Many employees, many locations, many groups, many well skilled engineers with very strong technical background from which to learn when you are a new / fresh graduate.

      Cons

      No carrer at all, despite the performance. No benefits at all. Poor turn over, very poor international community in any region I visited. Management stucked into hystorical / traditional business models and networks: pity!

      One of the best HR policies for its employees. Well diversified portfolio to work on. huge customer base.

      Cons

      No defined technical ladder for progression. Less participation of younger generation in decision making. Frequent organizational shuffles.
