Pros
European company which is in a way a different environment compared to US companies , flexible time-off which allows for your own planning of vacation, good technology - owner of one of the biggest fabs and R&D centers, global mobility - one can choose to work in different sites throughout the world, pretty good package of benefits in US.
Cons
Salary not as high as in other companies. Not good attitude towards employee education-there is always something that stands in the way of getting professional courses, this is not a priority for the company. Failure of management to find the right way of motivating people, most often they would decide that they just have to work because they're paid.
