Pros
- There's not too much work pressure, if you want easy (everything is relative, of course) workplace, this is the place to be - Engineers work with advanced technologies and tools, you get to learn that - Benefits and vacations are of european style. Not sure if that belongs to "pro" or "con" for working at STM: no one yet got fired from STM for incompetence for the job :)
Cons
Career advancement is slow. Standing out is not easy as managers prefer to keep things "as is" and resist fiercely all changes, good or bad.
