Stability, company almost doesn't let go any confidential staff despite economical situation

Cons

Extremely hands on, no stringent SOP where engineers have to take blame for following SOP for a unique issue , or making a decision not based on SOP. No reward for good work, but always in standby to take blame if anything goes wrong one way
