Cons

Politics Many times people get into blame game. Sometimes management is not willing to adapt new suggestions. Less appreciation for good work.

Professionalism, manager treat everyone as a professional, listen to opinions and comments. Flexible working hour. Less stress if compare to other company.

Cons

Emphasize at the cost instead of quality. It is very often that ,it always happen to have cut cost, freeze hiring, etc. Too many level at the organisation structure, slower response time at work. Too many managers, mostly are europeans.
