      Low salary Very difficult to advance to managerial positions : If someone started working before you by 2 years, it's alsost impossible for you to dream of becoming his manager one day ..

      international environment cutting-edge products still one of the main semiconductor company

      Cons

      italian-french company: they are close to both government, so, even if result in business damage, they keep employer in these 2 countries. Management is a caste, so they protect themselves, even if someone did some very bad choices
