For electronic designers it might be a great company to work for, but for IT and software development it is kind of dull.

It's close to my home, it's international, it's an advanced company. The cantine is good and the atmosphere is very challenging and formative.

Cons

The salary is low, the internship and the consultants are widely used. The benefits are not adequate. The french influence is not positive for the italian divisions

- Bit slow growth in terms of salary benefits since last few years - Despite of being completely IT enabled, less focus on IT innovations and developments - Less focus on markets in Indian SubContinent despite of large scale operations in India
