work-life balance flexible workload , not stressfull environment free technical trainees without any obligation to pay back the expenses after leaving the company

Lowest salary in the market with poor annual rise. frustrating manager, senior management are not listening they are rather decision makers with whom you cannot even negociate or refuse .

The engineers for STM32 software in Shanghai office are not respected as independent engineers, they belong to a marketing team, belong to marketing managers. Their manager has even converted his career to do marketing job, no technical environment anymore in this team
