They believe everything must be perfect 24/7. They firmly think that there are knowledge gaps for operators who worked there for 10+, 15+ years Numerous conversation with HODs/Director point that they know how to talk, but not how to lead, give directions or solutions. Middle management or entry level engineers have to solve everything themselves Directions from higher management feels like they are regressing instead of moving forward. Very apparent as they implement controls that slow down daily operations and impede general work flow. Not well thought through. After all, higher management are not the ones doing the work No point doing more work (eg project improvements, process stability, smoother process flow) since there will be negligible or no recognition.
