Pros

Great people to work with, who really care about the job they do and the customers they serve.

Cons

Sr Management (at the top level) talks the talk but does not walk the walk. Employee morale is low and respect for the top level decision makers is non-existent.

Pros

The company has changed a lot in the last couple of years and from my perspective there are very few pros left - big brand - flexible working

Cons

- no longer an executive team in Ireland - management operated remotely from the UK, dependant on manager you might be expected to travel monthly (not reciprocated by manager) to avail of quality conversations with manager - no knowledge of the Irish market by any of the management team in the uk yet they are dictating what should / shouldn't happen in Ireland - impossible to innovate in Ireland, if your idea is not known / used previously in the UK there is no chance it will be considered - autonomy has been removed from Ireland - poor quality staff promoted at high level vs good quality staff; this is based on politics and who you know - very poor advancement opportunities in Ireland - employee satisfaction initiatives and communication now seem to just be a tick in the box compared to a couple of years ago when these were genuine and it was felt that management cared about employees - a big divide in the office between the legacy product teams and the newer product teams; some bad feeling with a perception that newer team is receiving higher compensation than legacy product staff
