- no longer an executive team in Ireland
- management operated remotely from the UK, dependant on manager you might be expected to travel monthly (not reciprocated by manager) to avail of quality conversations with manager
- no knowledge of the Irish market by any of the management team in the uk yet they are dictating what should / shouldn't happen in Ireland
- impossible to innovate in Ireland, if your idea is not known / used previously in the UK there is no chance it will be considered
- autonomy has been removed from Ireland
- poor quality staff promoted at high level vs good quality staff; this is based on politics and who you know
- very poor advancement opportunities in Ireland
- employee satisfaction initiatives and communication now seem to just be a tick in the box compared to a couple of years ago when these were genuine and it was felt that management cared about employees
- a big divide in the office between the legacy product teams and the newer product teams; some bad feeling with a perception that newer team is receiving higher compensation than legacy product staff
