      Great location, excellent benefits, pay is competitive

      Micro managers, not a lot of product training, product development is sketchy, and a lot of meetings for meetings

      Good people, good benefits. has the potential to be a better company just poor upper management

      Cons

      Management team is horrible. They do not value employees, they gossip and not work, most of them are on the internet on personal sites all day

      Sage does only care about revenue, not customers or employees

      Pros

      The company allows you to work from home. And, as in any other job, you can find really good people inside

      Cons

      Top managers are only focused in their own careers, not in the company. They do anything to achieve the budget, even cheating customers. The strategy for the next 5 years is focused in new customers, not in keeping current ones. Products are old, hard to use and understand, and you can't rely on them, they are full of issues. Some people is beeing paid a lot less compared with same positions in other business units, even in the same country.
