Pros

Sage offer a good benefits package and competitive, sometimes above market salaries. The work environment is fairly flexible and accommodating to people with outside of work schedule demands.

Cons

Sage management seems to have lost its direction and is losing steam. The products which Sage builds, many which were once best in breed products, are now slipping behind competitors and languishing. Investments in those products seem haphazard and disorganized.
