Horribly political and total disregard for employees. Sleezey.

Pros

The regular employees (excluding management) overall are great to work with.

Cons

Management is sleezey. They pit employees against each other in hopes to have them turn on one another. Employees are just cogs in a wheel - not regarded as assets. Salary and Commission structure is unfair and arbitrary.

Pros

Great benefits. Pay is great as well. Opportunities for advancement within North America.

Cons

The biggest con would be working for the Beaverton, OR location. Management is way to inconsistent (even though they tout that they are some of the most consistent in North America). Some managers in Beaverton don't meet with their analysts and simply tell them, "No news is good news." Other managers gossip and have inappropriate conversations with their analysts. There is a lot of backstabbing in the Beaverton site. Just about everyone in Support will say and do anything to make them look good and you look bad.

Pros

The positions are all great to do if you have the experience.

Cons

They definitely need to pay more for Account Executives.
