Pros

Competitive compensation and benefits. There are some really talented colleagues.

Cons

Lack of flexibility for remote work, even for roles suited to remote tasks (e.g., software engineering). New requirement to commute to an office in a different city, adding financial and personal strain for employees. Company has a record of altering contract terms post-signature, which may introduce instability and uncertainty for employees.

Pros

The people you work alongside are great and super friendly.

Cons

Salary used to be good but has fallen behind the market over the last couple of years. Offices are nice but the locations are awful to travel to. Senior management strategy isn’t clear and is poorly communicated.

Pros

Money, pension scheme, helpful colleagues

Cons

You become a very small cog in a very big wheel and management decisions are made without thinking how it will affect the morale of the employees

We appreciate your feedback and have read through your comments. Our hybrid working approach is an important element of the way we work at Sage that is complemented by other benefits such as paid time to volunteer, the ability to work away for up to 10 weeks a year and free well-being support tools. We recently also answered several colleagues' questions about the new 3-day policy. In doing so, we've shed more light on how colleagues will be supported as they adhere to our updated hybrid structure. More information about what we offer can be found here https://www.glassdoor.co.uk/Benefits/Sage-United-Kingdom-Benefits-EI_IE1150.0,4_IL.5,19_IN2.htm - Thanks for taking the time to leave your review. We wish you the best in all you do going forward!
