Thank you for sharing your experiences so far while working at Sage. Having an outward focus is tremendously important for Sage to win in the market, and it’s an advantage for us that colleagues like you value that and see the necessity of it. We encourage you to share your views with colleagues, your manager, your shared services teams and anyone you work with so that your ideas can help bring about the change that we need at Sage. We hope you will be part of that change but if for any reason you don’t feel empowered to speak up, we would encourage you to take a look at the Code of Conduct which is found on the Sage Academy (it refers to Safecall – it’s free and confidential) or contact your People business partner. Above all, Sage needs to value the visions of change like yours and we will do all we can to make room for them.

Pros

Good benefits (but that is where it stops)

Cons

If you are interesting for a position at this company, Run - don't walk, out the door. Read the other reviews carefully and you will see a consistent theme: Lack of leadership, limited onboarding, IT systems that are disparate and inhibit you from doing your top, and an attitude from the top-down that you can treat employees however you want to treat them without reprisal. In my 15 years of professional working, I have NEVER worked for a more abusive and dysfunctional organization.

Thanks for your review. It’s disappointing to read some of your comments – this is not the Sage we recognize. Our leadership team are working hard across the whole business to ensure One Sage is a great place to work. There's been a lot of change and as a business we recognize that change is needed, it's not always comfortable, but as we focus on the end goal (customers first, One Sage), we will be a great and powerful team. As you can tell from other reviews, it is our people that make this a great place to work. If you would like to provide us with more detailed feedback please contact us on glassdoor@sage.com
