Pros

Used to be the people but with the turn over of people been pushed out or leaving its not even that anymore

Cons

Shocking managers to support an ever dwindling team in support. Sage claim customer obsession is their number 1 concentration yet all they want is peolle to get through as many calls as possible and fob customers off with articles. Ever changing targets and moving goal posts after year end so no body hits their targets. Not allowed to talk to collegues nor help each support each other. Place is gone to dumps and the old irish culture is truly gone.

Pros

Benefits are good - health Insurance, etc.

Cons

Not a very cooperative environment. Corporate makes employees compete against each other in order to keep their jobs.

Thanks for your feedback. We're pleased the benefits work well for you as we try hard to be competitive. Our colleagues are important to Sage - they make Sage what it is: a fab company. Speaking with Amanda Cusdin (or new Interim CPO) the other day, she is very keen to ensure we engage better with our colleagues, so there are plans afoot to ensure we do. Thanks again for your feedback.

Great Company Horrible Management.

Pros

The benefits are great and they offer a lot of flexibility when you need time off.

Cons

Goals for the month can be delayed until the middle or end if the month and you are still held accountable. When goals are given in a timely manner and you hit or exceed they come back and say they calculated it wrong and raise it. It's sad when upper management tells you if you don't like it find another job.

Thanks for your review and we are pleased the benefits works well for you. We really do appreciate our colleagues - we know Sage isn't the company it is without the hard work, dedication from our inspiring people. The way you describe the goals isn't how we operate at Sage - feel free to contact me to discuss further - lynne.ellis-parker@sage.com
