Pros

I can’t think about even one

Cons

Very unprofessional management. No structure in place for employees. There is no scope for learning. I think I wasted my time by joining Sage.

A big company living a big lie

Pros

Remote work (up to two days per week) is the only positive thing I can mention. (Anyway, it's not enough to compensate for their toxic culture.)

Cons

They don't believe in their own values. They constantly lie to both their customers and their employees. They say they are changing, but they are not willing to change at all, mainly because middle-management wants to maintain the status quo. They are still structured in silos and they don't foster at all communication and collaboration between departments/colleagues. And to make matters worse, their products suck, and I'm sure their customers will realize this, sooner or later...
