Work life balance is great for colleagues and the Company itself, so it's something Sage endeavors to offer colleagues, so great to hear it worked for you. Unethical behaviour is not tolerated at Sage. We’re building a great business and it is important that our success is delivered in the right way, doing the right things – the Sage Way. Our Code of Conduct is the DNA of how we should conduct our professional and personal behaviour. It sets out the business standards expected and gives colleagues information on how they can behave ethically, as well as how to report any concerns they have about business not being carried out in this manner. We have just launched a campaign and there are posters around the offices with details of colleague's local Whistleblowing helpline to report any concerns they have. Pros

The trainers were the best part of sage and the subsidised food.

Cons

The training given lacked essential topics that are regularly questioned on the phone due to bad programming. You were treat like children over petty subjects and unrealistic goals. Colleagues with the same job title thought they would have seniority over others and didn't; they were allowed to get away with blue murder.

HR does not respond to emails or phone calls. Try calling them. You'll see what I mean, no accountability with HR.
