Pros

Strong brand on CV. Respected in industry. Strong pedigree. Worked with some very good people and seems to recruit very well

Cons

Treat field based staff awfully. Salary is fairly average and targets are structured in a way that commission isn't easy at all. You certainly won't earn your fortune working here.

We get a lot of positive feedback from colleagues about how good our benefits are and great work life balance. With respect to salary, commission and targets we believe are competitive in the market and there is plenty of opportunity to become successful and earn, plus excel - this is being demonstrated right now with over 100 of our colleagues attending our Platinum Elite event - they are in Dubai right now celebrating their awesome achievements! Pros

There aren't many pros. This organisation is very inward thinking and not very people orientated.

Cons

Bully culture and poor leadership from senior manager. most people feel Sage will always be top of their game and have taken their eye off the outside world.

Pros

You get a paycheck and a cubicle.

Cons

Paychoice, management and leads unprofessional. Act like middle schoolers. Gossip and backstabbing are common. Need to get rid of excess managers/leads and hire workers that actually work not favorites you cover for.
