We had many, alas none are left.

Cons

The upper management is out of touch. The company has been going downhill for a while, and the ship will keep sinking. It is definitely not a technology company as they may claim. While focusing on sales with no foreseen market growth or investments, their strategy is no less than "milking the cow". The culture on the otherside.. Wait, there is no company culture anymore. Everyone is overworked, with low pay and no more benefits. The morale is as low as it gets. I have never been happier to leave a company.

Pros

Sage has competitive salary for the northeast. The outstanding feature of Sage is the benefits. They have an excellent pension scheme and a generous share scheme.

Cons

Commercial have far too much power preventing developers from doing what is right for the software.

Pros

Good benefits, but sadly getting worse over time. Very casual and a lot of good people.

Cons

The company puts their customers as their top priority. So much so that, they tend to forget about their employees. Everything changes so fast and abruptly for people in the R&D that you'd find people working on things they aren't the best at or even accustomed to, making them drive a 4L while they can drive a Ferrari.. or vice-versa!
