hiring process took slightly longer than expected due to other interviews/ internal interviews so wasn't really a huge issue

The company has lost a significant amount of experienced and knowledgeable staff, and those who remain can't get a job elsewhere or are unemployable.

Cons

- There’s a lack of clear direction - Opportunities for career growth are limited - New roles aren’t being advertised, yet promotions seem to go to those who are most vocal in meetings. They have a knack for promoting micro-managers. - Many senior leaders lack formal qualifications and are widely disliked within the business.
