      Salesforce is a company that offers a competitive wage, benefits and flexibility. It is inclusive and treats employees well.

      Cons

      If you do not share the feeling of Ohana, or feel the company's values, then it's hard to fit in. If you don't believe in the product or what the company is doing, the job feels dull and pointless.

      Salesforce Mexico is looking for their own identity. Today you cannot live the 5 Salesforce principles, you cannot trust your leadership. They are not focused on employee experience. 50% turnover in all positions. People too demotivated. Leadership does not want to listen, hence, there is no potential solution in mid-term. No clear direction and career path.
