      Extremely toxic environment, unrealistic workload, there is not work life balance. They implicitly and explicitly push you to work many many … many extra hours, they expect you to work during bank holidays, and during the weekend. They point you out as soon as you make a mistake, it’s heartbreaking to see many colleagues literally crying in the offices while the managers just tell you “have a walk if you can’t more”.
