Pros

Great product, great support, happy customers, good overall company reputation, dedicated employees

Cons

Insufferable politics, Uneven territories, Management runs things by using fear and ridicule to intimidate SR AEs. Bad middle management! Brown-nosing is required to get ahead versus actual performance and #s. There are territories in which NO ONE could hit their quota - but management will push you out the door for it or promote you for it, depending on who you know.

Pros

Excellent vision. The company executes very well on what it wants to be int eh marketplace. We treat our customers very well and the solutions that we offer work the way we say. You can always be proud of a sale. Lots of education and resources.

Cons

Territories can be quite uneven and there is a monthly grind that doesn't always align with how our customers buy. Very stressful management culture.
