      Pros

      I started as a daily paid employee and worked my way up. My hard work, dedication and perseverance were rewarded by the Company many times over. I was able to raise my family comfortably not only because of commensurate salary but also because of numerous benefits. I was even sent to the US to attend courses on Quality Management.

      Cons

      Very minimal if ever there was.
