      good culture, never boring with year-round activities, corporate office is right beside Megamall, diverse businesses and facilities allowing travel and constant learning

      Cons

      less-than-competent people get promoted or wield influence simply because they're close to top management, hardly any long-term vision or plan, major management mistakes are swept under the rug
