      Pros

      This company does well with treating their employees right. The management is fairly well organized. They really do care and the employees are pleasant to be around.

      Cons

      Salary is a less than desirable.

      Pros

      My co-workers are nice and always willing to help with questions. We are currently working from home (most of us) and will continue to until COVID is at a minimal. There are plenty of opportunities to work in another department and the company itself seems to be doing well.

      Cons

      I haven't had a performance review after being with the company and have not been given any ideas on the work quality I maintain. Company culture is starting to deteriorate due to COVID.
