It used to be a great place to work!
Cons
The only way to succeed here is if you speak the boss’s mother tongue. They bring in lot of expats from outside on management level and the progression is only reserved for kiss ups and folks from their country. Nepotism has become too deep rooted in this company and its openly growing. They have managers, there are no leaders and they have turned this once great place of work into a toxic mess of favouritism and nepotism.
