Mechanics and Superintendents were a pleasure to work with. Also working on different projects at one given time helps avoid boredom

Executive leadership not being customer focused. Also looks at mechanics more like numbers rather than employees

Chaos, zero transparancy, no processes in place, management expects people to work around the clock, including evenings, weekends, holidays. New recruiters are mainly foreigners outside of the EU, tighed up to the company. perfect slaves
