Pros

Company car, % paid on Change Notices booked, excellent products and amazing field staff. Field staff is the core of the company and product line is the best in the industry.

Cons

Poor health and dental insurance. Very disorganized company and lack of team concept. Management puts too much trust into Clients instead of trusting staff. Lack of synergy puts individuals in tough position and constant feeling of being on the defense.

Cons

Tough job. Lots of customers to deal with. Undermanned in the field. High overhead leads to high costs for customers. Red tape.
