      Pros

      Good pay, travel opportunities. That's about it.

      Cons

      Schindler really is a fantastic company to work for as long as you're not in the Cleveland office. My experience there was miserable - lots of unprofessional people, company policies not being abided by, harassment going on. The people in that office will suck every ounce of happiness right out of you.

      It was a very good learning experience as a first time internship to learn and teach yourself.

      Cons

      They need to work on their management of interns though. A lot of the information I should have learned in the beginning was taught near the end of the internship.

      Schindler provides the opportunity to get in a unique industry and be provided training that could allow you to move on and up with other companies.

      Cons

      Management is so far removed from reality and surrounded by individuals that just know how to agree and say yes, rather than actually see and fight for what is right.
