Not micromanaged by the management Flexible hours Decent Pay

Cons

Company only cares about double digit MR result and hours per day worked by mechanics. They no longer really care about fulfilling contractual obligations or servicing the customer for what they are paying for. They seem to love to hire former Otis employees and don't really promote from within.
