good benefits. strong committment to the business. No strong competition among employees. Good work environment. Lots of nice people, and a high level of company loyalty (ow turnover).

Cons

Excellence is not rewarded enough. Promoting change is often tough. Few managers of high value. they try to guess what the boss wants rather than promoting their own ideas. Thinking outside the box is not encouraged.
