      If you are interested in power, buildings management systems, security and energy management, this may be the place for you. You will, for the most part, not be forced to work long hours. The environment mirrors the construction industry, so it's not as professional as one could expect an office to be, which can be both a pro and a con.

      Cons

      There is a very narrow track of what you can do with your career in each office location. Your clients are typical construction industry members, so do not expect a harsher environment both internally and when dealing with customers.
