Pros

Amazing culture and Management tone from top down.

Cons

Not a lot of growth opportunities, getting to the next level (promotion) is not easy to attain, too many people competing for the same jobs, and mostly externals are hired instead of internals.

Pros

Pay was competitive, can’t say much else

Cons

The CEO, COO, Head of HR and other heads of functions in Ireland couldn’t care less about their employees. >~20% of the bank either quit, went on stress/long term sick leave or were unfairly dismissed within the space of a year. Everyone worked crazy hours, were miserable and hadn’t a good thing to say about the place. Also completely flat, no room for growth or internal movement, despite being very hierarchical.
