Pros

ESOPs, good pension plus additional matching if you contribute to pension as well, base pay is generally good. great lending product called STEP. I have seen good retention in the past few years however everyone I know seems not so happy this fiscal.

Cons

sales culture seems to be changing, work is being scrutinized more day by day, i have had more coaching's with my manager in the last 6 months than in the last 4 years. They are not looking for stability but only increase in sales volume, no quality.
