Pros

Great benefits, mental health services, # of vacation days and full amount of vacation carry forward flexibility for one year

Cons

Cultural shift in the bank since bank strategy have changed. Every year there's mass layoffs and roles being migrated to LATAM and becoming more profit driven. Bank becoming more American in culture and its approach to treating employees as just a cog in the wheel, replaced when no longer profitable. Employment is becoming less secure even high performing individuals don't have full guarantees as they may be impacted if roles are eliminated. Higher expectations of results every year, expected to do job of 2 when another role eliminated with less and less resources or support to deliver.
