Pros

Benefits are received upon hire. Receive all stat holidays.

Cons

Call Centre environment, very fast paced, very big brother monitoring everything you do. Not a great environment to work in. After working there I have constant headaches, high stress/anxiety, back pain, pain from repetitive movements. Compensation is less than other banking call centres.
