Pros

As any bank, tons of politics going on in the company, when I was employed, there was a restructuring going on to shape the departments in a good way. New procedures were also being implemented, however I left to go back to school.

Cons

Many employees in managerial level without any degrees, qualifications, but have been with the company for over 30 years. Difficult to move up but networking and connections matters most!! Company is full of employees, their friends and family members.
