Pros

Great to put on the CV. Lot experience earner on the first semester, and gradually increasing responsibility. Team work and HQ support is great. Work life balance on branch level is great.

Cons

Payment is not so great, making common staff having two OTHER jobs. People learn, get trained with the best of the marked, then leave to get a couple dollars more an hour... or even to have a downgrade on payment, but more week hours. Its very common for branches to get understaffed, sometimes we can't even get breaks/day offs because of customer flow on understaffed situations.
