Pros

Good salary/package and a Convenient Location

Cons

Awful culture with an aggressive, distrustful management style that comes from the top and permeates though the food chain. Bully behaviour is rewarded which means it is an accepted status quo. Management are leaving this company in their droves, either on long term sick leave, resignation and worth researching labour court findings. When I attempted to request that ky manager desist from bullying and intimidating behaviour, he laughed at me. I left. The fact that I feel I must write this a year after I’ve left the company says it all.Scotiabank Ireland leaves an impression, not a good one. If you want your confidence shattered, it’s for you.
