Pros

Good Environment to learn and meet young people in the industry. Overall a very useful place to be for contact and career start.

Cons

Too many office politics and lack of forward thinking on career development for junior analysts. Would be better to provide more guidance.

Pros

Great people to work alongside in the branch. Good learning experience if you really want it. Courses that FA's need are paid for by the bank.

Cons

Re-org handled horribly. A lot of good knowledgeable people let go when their positions were eliminated but now they've brought some of those positions back! Will not hire retirees as casual anymore. Pay was low and benefits were not good, even worse for retirees. Staff do not feel appreciated anymore. Too many cuts that hit the lower employees and retirees, don't see it happening to upper management.
