Pros

As a big bank, you have stability, benefits, and many locations.

Cons

There is a concerning issue regarding the bank's development and promotion of internal talent. We often observe many unqualified individuals from outside the bank being appointed to important positions. Current management is not prioritizing the development of existing employees. Another significant concern is that, given Canada's high influx of immigrants, the bank does not support the immigration process, even for the most basic cases.
